Exeedme ("we", "us", or the "Platform") operates a digital marketplace SKINSPROTOCOL.COM that enables the buying and selling of virtual in-game items through integration with the Steam platform. Our services include peer-to-peer listing functionalities, instant sale mechanisms with immediate liquidity, and a virtual wallet system to facilitate payments and withdrawals. Fiat and cryptocurrency payments are processed exclusively through licensed third-party service providers.

We support different transaction models within our platform. Users can buy and sell items using features designed to facilitate exchanges between individual users as well as professional buyers (including resellers). Exeedme acts as a mere technical intermediary to enable transactions between users. In the case of instant-sale options, Exeedme may purchase the item directly before reselling it to a third party.

By accessing or using the Exeedme website, platform, or services ("Services"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you have entered into a separate commercial agreement with Exeedme, such agreement shall prevail in the event of any conflict with these Terms. For all other users, these Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Exeedme regarding your use of the Services.

The terms apply between:

THE OPERATOR OF THE SITE

Exeedme OÜ, a private limited liability company incorporated under the laws of Estonia, with its registered address at Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kristiine linnaosa, Kotkapoja tn 2a–10, 10615, Republic of Estonia; andExeedme LDA, a private limited liability company incorporated under the laws of Portugal, with registry code 516159666 and registered office at Praça do Município, n.º 68, 1.º andar, 4700–435, Braga, Portugal (each, and collectively, "Exeedme" or the "Service Provider");

And

THE USER

Any natural person accessing or using the Platform for personal or non-commercial purposes, or any natural or legal person doing so on behalf of a company or organization, including for professional or commercial purposes (hereinafter, the "User").

By accessing or using the Site or Platform, the User acknowledges to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. Definitions

Platform (Site)

The online marketplace operated by Exeedme, accessible via the website (skinsprotocol.com) and any associated applications or services.

User

Any natural person aged 18 or older (or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction) who has registered an account on the Platform (typically via their Steam account) and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

Digital Items (Skins)

Virtual in-game items that are tradable and can be bought or sold on the Platform by Users.

Marketplace

The peer-to-peer exchange system on the Platform where Users list Skins for sale and purchase Skins from other Users. Exeedme acts as an intermediary in these transactions and charges a transaction fee, but does not itself sell or buy Skins in ordinary marketplace trades.

“Instant Sell” Service

An optional “immediate liquidity” feature of the Platform, where a User can sell a Skin instantly. In such cases, Exeedme agrees to purchase the Skin immediately from the User. Exeedme does not maintain a standing inventory of Skins; it purchases a Skin via Instant Sell only to immediately resell it to a known buyer, earning a margin or fee on the transaction.

Payment Service Provider (PSP)

An external regulated payment processing company that handles all fiat currency transactions on behalf of Exeedme and Users. Examples include providers enabling deposits by credit/debit card, bank transfer, MB Way, Apple Pay, NeoSurf, UnionPay, etc., and enabling withdrawals via methods like SEPA bank transfer, PayPal, or Revolut.

Crypto On/Off-Ramp

An external regulated service that facilitates cryptocurrency payments or conversions for Users. These third-party services handle crypto transactions in compliance with relevant regulations.

Virtual Wallet (Exeedme Wallet)

A feature in the User’s account on the Platform that displays a credit balance denominated in the Platform’s internal credits or currency. Users can use this balance to make purchases on the Platform. These credits are not actual fiat currency or cryptocurrency, have no inherent real-world monetary value, and cannot be directly withdrawn as cash. The Virtual Wallet balance is a ledger representation of funds handled by PSPs on the User’s behalf.

2. Acceptance of Terms and Eligibility

1. Legal Age and Capacity

By accessing or using the Platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) and that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Persons under 18 are not permitted to use the Platform.

2. Agreement to Terms

These Terms govern your use of the Platform and all services provided by Exeedme. By registering an account or using any part of the Platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as all policies referenced herein (such as the Privacy Policy). If you do not agree with any of these provisions, you must not use the Platform.

3. Updates to Terms

Exeedme reserves the right to modify or update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective once posted on the Platform, or as of the date indicated in the updated Terms. Exeedme will provide notice of material changes (for example, via email or a notice on the website). Your continued use of the Platform after updated Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

3. Account Registration and Steam Integration

1. Steam Authentication

To use the core services of the Platform (buying or selling Skins), you must register an account by logging in through your Steam account. Exeedme relies on Steam for user authentication and for obtaining necessary information about tradable Skins in your Steam inventory. You must have a valid, active Steam account in good standing to use the Platform. Alternate login methods, such as email/password or other third-party logins, may be offered for limited features, but Steam authentication is required for any Skin trading functionality.

2. Steam Trade URL and Contact Email

Upon registration, you are required to provide your Steam Trade URL and a valid email address to Exeedme. The Steam Trade URL is needed to facilitate trade offers for item delivery and receipt. Your email is used for account verification, transaction notifications, and official communication. You agree to keep both your Trade URL and email address accurate and up to date. Failure to maintain a correct Trade URL may result in trade failures for which Exeedme is not responsible.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Exeedme will never ask you for your password. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify Exeedme immediately.

4. One Account Rule

Each User is generally limited to a single Exeedme account. Creating multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited. Exeedme reserves the right to suspend or terminate any duplicate or fraudulent accounts.

5. Account Information

You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration and whenever requested by Exeedme. This includes your contact information and any identity verification information (if required). If Exeedme determines that any information you provided is false, misleading, or outdated, Exeedme may suspend or terminate your account. You also agree to promptly update your account details if they change.

6. Steam Account Responsibilities

Your use of the Platform must comply with Valve’s Steam Subscriber Agreement and Steam Trading rules. For example, you must ensure that Steam Guard and any required security measures are in place on your Steam account to enable trading. Exeedme has no control over Steam’s systems or policies (such as trade locks or cooldown periods), and it is your responsibility to adhere to Steam’s requirements. If your Steam account becomes locked, banned, or otherwise unable to trade, Exeedme cannot reverse those restrictions.

4. Services and Marketplace Transactions

1. Marketplace Role of Exeedme

Exeedme provides a digital marketplace platform that connects sellers and buyers of in-game Skins. In the peer-to-peer Marketplace, Users list their own Skins for sale and other Users purchase those Skins. Exeedme’s role is that of a facilitator/intermediary: it provides the technical platform and escrow process for these transactions, charges any applicable fees, but it is not the seller of record for User-to-User sales. When you buy a Skin from another User, you are entering a direct transaction with that selling User.

2. Instant Sell Service

If you choose to use the “Instant Sell” option, you agree that the transaction may be structured such that Exeedme temporarily acts as the buyer of your Skin in order to immediately provide you with liquidity. In other words, Exeedme will purchase the Skin from you directly and promptly resell it to a third-party buyer it has arranged. This service is offered for convenience and quick payout. Exeedme does not guarantee that every Skin will have an Instant Sell offer available at all times; Instant Sell availability depends on market conditions and the presence of a willing external buyer for your item. If the Instant Sell option is not available or not accepted by you, you may still try to sell the item via the regular Marketplace listing (standard sale).

3. Listing Items for Sale

When you list a Skin for sale on the Platform, you must follow the provided instructions, which may include transferring the Skin to a designated Exeedme-operated Steam bot or escrow account for secure holding until the sale is completed, or directly trading the item to the buyer at the appropriate time. You must only list items that you legally own, that are tradable on Steam, and that are not subject to any trade holds or other restrictions at the time of listing. Exeedme reserves the right to remove or not accept listings for any item that: (a) is currently under a Steam trade lock or cooldown, (b) has extremely low or volatile market value, (c) is deemed high-risk or prohibited, or (d) is a type of Skin not supported by the Platform.

4. Purchasing Items

When you buy a Skin on the Platform, you will be required to pay the purchase price (and any applicable fees or taxes) using your Virtual Wallet balance or via the payment methods supported at checkout. Once payment is confirmed and any required conditions are met, the Skin will be delivered to you via a Steam trade. You must ensure you timely accept the Steam trade offer to receive your item. By completing a purchase and receiving a digital item immediately, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal under applicable consumer law. All purchases of digital items are final; once you have received a Skin, you cannot “return” it. (See Section on Refunds/Chargebacks for more details)

5. Pricing and Fees

Prices of Skins on the Platform are determined by the marketplace and can fluctuate. The primary reference for Skin values is the Steam community market price, but actual sale prices on Exeedme may be lower or higher depending on demand, item condition, and market supply. Some low-value or very volatile items might be priced conservatively or not accepted for sale at all. Exeedme may charge a marketplace fee or commission on sales; any such fee will be transparently disclosed. By using the Platform, you agree to pay all fees associated with transactions you participate in.

6. No Price Guarantee

You acknowledge that the value of Skins is highly volatile and can change rapidly. Exeedme makes no guarantee that you will be able to sell a Skin for any particular price, or that prices will remain consistent. Similarly, if you purchase a Skin, its value may later drop, and you have no recourse against Exeedme for any loss of value. Users should use their own judgment and act at their own risk in all trading activities.

7. Transaction Finality

All completed transactions are final. Once a Skin has been successfully traded to the buyer and payment has been released to the seller, the transaction cannot be reversed by Exeedme. The only exceptions are in cases of proven error or fraud, or if a transaction must be cancelled due to a breach of these Terms or applicable law. Exeedme reserves the right to cancel or unwind a trade before it is completed if there is reason to believe it violates these Terms or the law, or if there was a pricing mistake so obvious that it’s clearly an error. In such cases, Exeedme will notify affected Users and, if payments were made, provide appropriate refunds or account credits in line with the Section on Refunds/Chargebacks below.

5. Payments, Deposits, and Virtual Wallet

1. Third-Party Payment Processors

Exeedme itself does not physically handle or hold any fiat currency or cryptocurrency on behalf of Users. All monetary transactions (deposits, withdrawals, and payments for trades) are executed by independent, regulated Payment Service Providers (PSPs) or crypto payment processors integrated with the Platform. This means that when you add funds to your Exeedme Virtual Wallet or cash out your balance, the funds are processed and held by a licensed third-party financial institution, not by Exeedme directly. Exeedme merely facilitates these transactions by giving instructions to the PSPs on your behalf.

2. Depositing Funds

Users may deposit money into their Virtual Wallet by using one of the supported payment methods through Exeedme’s PSP partners. All deposit transactions are subject to the terms and processes of the respective PSP. Exeedme does not charge a fee for deposits on its own, but the PSP or your bank may impose fees which are your responsibility. Deposited funds (after PSP confirmation) will be reflected as a credit balance in your Virtual Wallet.

3. Currency and Conversion

Deposits in fiat currency will typically be reflected in Euros (EUR) on the Platform (or another supported currency as indicated). If you deposit in a non-supported currency, conversion might be handled by the PSP at their exchange rate. Exeedme does not perform currency conversion itself. Any currency exchange (including between fiat and crypto) is done outside the Platform by authorized PSPs or crypto services. For example, if you deposit using a cryptocurrency, it will be converted by the partnered crypto on-ramp service into a fiat balance or stablecoin, as applicable; Exeedme does not exchange it internally.

4. Virtual Wallet Usage

Funds credited in your Virtual Wallet can be used to purchase Skins or pay fees on the Platform. The Virtual Wallet balance is not a bank account and does not earn interest. It represents an amount of money that the PSP holds on your behalf, which is earmarked for use on the Platform. Virtual Wallet credits are not redeemable for cash except through a withdrawal request via the approved methods, and they have no value outside the Platform. You cannot transfer your wallet balance to other Users; it can only be used under your own account.

5. Withdrawing Funds (Payouts)

If you have a positive balance in your Virtual Wallet, you may request a withdrawal (cash-out) via the methods Exeedme makes available. Exeedme will prompt you to choose a payout method and provide any necessary details. Withdrawals will be processed by the external PSP. Exeedme will instruct the PSP to send the specified amount from your balance to you. Withdrawal requests may be subject to additional verification steps if not already completed. While Exeedme itself doesn’t charge payout fees in many cases, third-party processors might (Exeedme will inform you if any apply). There may also be minimum or maximum withdrawal limits per transaction.

6. Withdrawal Processing Time

“Instant cashout” via certain methods is typically fast, but not literally immediate in all cases; actual processing time may vary from minutes up to a few business days depending on the method and PSP. The Standard cash-out option may take up to several days. Exeedme will do its best to expedite payouts but makes no guarantee of a specific timeframe.

7. No Custody by Exeedme

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that Exeedme is not a bank, wallet provider, or money transmitter, and it never takes custody of your funds (fiat or crypto) at any point. All funds are held by third-party financial institutions until they are paid out to you or used for a transaction. Exeedme only orchestrates the movement of funds via those providers and does not intermingle user funds with its own funds. Consequently, if a PSP fails or becomes insolvent, your recourse may be against that institution, not Exeedme (though Exeedme will assist to the extent possible).

8. Transaction Records

Your Virtual Wallet balance and transaction history are available in your account interface. You should review these records and report any discrepancies to Exeedme promptly. All transactions are logged, and Exeedme maintains records as required by law.

9. Reversals and Chargebacks

You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment reversals for transactions on the Platform without a valid basis. If you believe a transaction is unauthorized or erroneous, you should contact Exeedme support to resolve the issue rather than initiating a chargeback. In the event that you do initiate a chargeback on a deposit or purchase that was valid, Exeedme reserves the right to suspend your account and seek restitution for any funds improperly charged back, as such actions violate these Terms.

6. User Obligations and Acceptable Use

1. Compliance with Laws

You must use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for understanding and obeying the laws of your home country (and any other jurisdiction relevant to your activities) regarding the use of the Platform, the trading of digital items, and the receipt of funds. If your local laws prohibit either the usage of our services or the trading of in-game items for money, you must refrain from using the Platform. Exeedme is not liable for any consequences arising from your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Platform in violation of your local laws.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not engage in any misuse of the Platform, including but not limited to: a) Using the service for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, financing illegal activities, fraud, or transactions involving stolen or illicitly obtained items. b) Selling or attempting to sell prohibited Skins or items, such as items you do not own, items that are not tradable or transferable according to the game publisher's rules, or any digital goods that violate intellectual property or proprietary rights. c) Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any security measures, trade process, or usage limits of the Platform. This includes trying to conduct trades outside the Platform with other users you met on Exeedme in order to avoid fees. d) Exploiting any aspect of the Platform (bugs, glitches, or loopholes) to gain an unfair advantage or to disrupt the ordinary operation of the services. Deliberate exploitation of the website or service in a way that gives unintended benefits is prohibited and will result in the reversal of gains and potential account suspension. e) Using multiple accounts or coordinating with others to manipulate market prices, rankings, or promotions. f) Engaging in activities that interfere with other users' experience or that impose an undue burden on the Platform's infrastructure. This includes spamming communications, attempting to harvest other users' data, or distributing any harmful software (viruses, malware) through the Platform. g) Any other conduct that Exeedme deems, in its reasonable discretion, to be an abuse of the service or contrary to the intent of these Terms.

3. No Violation of Steam or Game Policies

Since our services interface with Valve’s Steam platform and game developer systems, you are also obligated not to violate any relevant Steam Subscriber Agreement terms or game publisher policies. For example, you must not use Steam trading in connection with the Platform to engage in activities that Steam/Valve prohibits. If Valve or a game publisher restricts or bans your account or specific items due to your actions, you are responsible for that outcome. Exeedme is not responsible for items that become locked, banned, or unavailable due to violations of third-party terms.

4. Accurate Trade Information

When initiating trades or sales on the Platform, you must follow the instructions precisely. This includes sending the correct item to the correct Steam account and confirming transactions in a timely manner. You must not deliberately send an item that is different from the one promised in the listing.

5. Cooperation and Information Provision

You agree to cooperate with any reasonable request from Exeedme related to your use of the Platform. This could include providing additional information to verify a suspicious transaction or account, confirming your identity if required for compliance reasons, or helping to resolve an error or dispute. Failure to cooperate or providing false information may lead to suspension of your transactions or account.

6. Consequences of Misuse

If you engage in any prohibited or suspect activity, Exeedme reserves the right to take appropriate action. This may include investigating your account, cancelling pending trades, freezing your Virtual Wallet balance, requiring additional verification, and/or suspending or terminating your account (with or without prior notice). Serious violations (such as fraud, theft, or other criminal behaviour) will be reported to law enforcement authorities. You acknowledge that Exeedme may log and monitor transactions and communications on the Platform for fraud prevention, investigatory, and legal compliance purposes.

7. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) Compliance

1. Compliance Commitment

Exeedme is committed to complying with all applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (CFT) laws and regulations. The Platform and its services shall not be used to facilitate any form of illegal activity.

2. KYC Procedures by PSPs

Fiat currency transactions (deposits or withdrawals) on Exeedme are processed by regulated Payment Service Providers. As such, the primary KYC (identity verification) for fiat payments is conducted by those external payment processors in line with their legal obligations. Similarly, if you use a crypto on-ramp/off-ramp service integrated with Exeedme, that service provider will perform any required KYC for cryptocurrency transactions. You may be required to provide personal identification documents to our PSPs or crypto processors in order to deposit or withdraw funds, according to their procedures.

3. Exeedme’s AML Measures

Even though Exeedme is not a bank or financial institution, we implement an internal AML compliance program. This “light” AML policy includes: monitoring user transaction volumes and patterns for unusual or suspicious activity, maintaining logs/records of transactions, and having the capability to respond to and cooperate with competent authorities and law enforcement. Exeedme employs a risk-based approach to AML, meaning higher-risk activities may trigger enhanced scrutiny.

4. User Cooperation

By using the Platform, you agree to comply with all our requests and procedures related to AML/KYC. This means that if Exeedme or its PSP partners request information or documentation to verify your identity or the source of your funds/items, you will provide it promptly and truthfully. Until you have completed any required verification steps, Exeedme may freeze your ability to deposit, withdraw, or trade. For example, if a certain volume threshold is passed or a certain transaction appears suspicious, you might be asked to undergo KYC identity verification.

5. Suspicious Activity

Exeedme reserves the right to refuse any transaction or to block or close any account that, in its sole discretion, is suspected of involvement in money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other illicit activity. We may also place holds on funds or items while investigating compliance concerns.

6. Reporting

Exeedme will report any suspicious transactions or activities to the appropriate authorities as required under law. We may also, in our discretion, inform relevant third parties about such suspicious activity, in line with legal allowances. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that Exeedme may take such actions and you waive any claim against Exeedme for such reporting, as we will only report in good faith to comply with our legal obligations.

7. Account Freezing and Termination

If you fail to comply with required KYC procedures or if our compliance team identifies unacceptable risk, we may freeze your account (blocking all access to services) and/or terminate the account relationship. In the event of termination for AML reasons, any funds remaining with the PSP may be held until proper disposition is determined (either released to you upon satisfactory verification or surrendered to authorities if required by law).

8. Privacy and Data Protection

1. Privacy Policy

Exeedme highly values your privacy. The collection, use, and protection of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is hereby incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy regarding personal data matters, the Privacy Policy will control.

2. Personal Data Collected

You agree that Exeedme will collect and process certain personal information from you as needed to provide the services. This may include, for example: your name, contact details, your Steam Trade URL, data about the digital items you hold or trade, and transactional information. We may also automatically collect technical data like IP addresses and usage logs when you use the Platform. This information is used strictly for legitimate purposes: providing and improving the service, facilitating transactions, user support, security monitoring, and legal compliance.

3. Third-Party Data Processors

You acknowledge that Exeedme uses certain trusted third-party services to operate the Platform, and some of your data may be shared with or processed by them, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

4. Use of Data

In summary, we use personal data you provide to operate the marketplace, communicate with you, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We may also use contact information to send you marketing or promotional messages about Exeedme’s services, but you will have the ability to opt out of such communications. We will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for any purposes beyond those described in the Privacy Policy without obtaining your consent when required.

5. Protection of Data:

Exeedme implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption and other safeguards. However, you understand that no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection of data against all possible threats. You also have a role in keeping your data safe; For instance, by using a strong, unique password for your Exeedme account and not sharing your account access with others.

6. User Rights

You have certain rights regarding your personal data, such as the right to access, correct, or delete your data, the right to data portability, and the right to object to or restrict certain processing. These rights are explained in more detail in our Privacy Policy. Exeedme will honour applicable data subject rights and has procedures to handle such requests. You may contact us at any time to inquire about your personal data or exercise your rights (see Section on Contact Information).

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in the Privacy Policy and as required by law. For example, transaction records may be kept for a number of years for tax or AML regulations. When personal data is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymize it.

8. Cookies

The Platform uses cookies and similar technologies to provide and improve the user experience. By using the site, you consent to our use of cookies as described in our Privacy Policy and any Cookie Policy. You can manage your cookie preferences via your browser settings; however, disabling strictly necessary cookies might affect functionality.

9. Third-Party Links

If the Platform contains links to third-party websites or services, clicking those may direct you away from our site. Be aware that these external sites have their own privacy practices and terms, for which Exeedme is not responsible. We encourage you to read their privacy policies. Exeedme’s inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement of that third-party.

9. Refunds, Cancellations, and Chargebacks

1. No Voluntary Cancellations

As a rule, once a purchase or sale of a Skin is completed on the Platform, it cannot be voluntarily cancelled or reversed by the User. This is due to the instant delivery nature of digital items; Once you have received a digital item or the proceeds from a sale, there is no way to return it to a neutral state. All sales are final. Users should be sure of their decision to buy or sell before confirming any transaction.

2. Erroneous Transactions

In the event a transaction is clearly made in error (for example, if a technical glitch caused an item to be listed at an absurdly incorrect price or a deposit is accidentally processed twice), Exeedme may, at its discretion, cancel or rollback the affected transaction. If you believe you have encountered such a situation, you should contact support immediately. Exeedme will investigate, and if a genuine error is verified, we will work to correct it, which could involve reversing the trade and refunding the payment or returning the item, as appropriate.

3. Platform Failure and Cancellation

If a transaction fails to complete due to a system failure, network error, or Steam outage, Exeedme may cancel the transaction. In such case, if your funds were debited or items deducted, they will be returned to your account or inventory. Note that Exeedme is not liable for losses due to external system failures. We will do our best to resolve any such issues fairly.

4. Chargebacks Prohibited

You agree that you will not initiate any chargeback or reversal of any payment made through the Platform without our prior consent. Since we have a clear dispute resolution process, you should utilize that rather than reversing charges. Fraudulent chargebacks are considered theft. In the event of an unjustified chargeback, we reserve the right to suspend your account and take steps to recover the funds. We also may deduct the amount of the chargeback (and any fees imposed by the payment provider) from your Virtual Wallet balance if available.

5. Disputes and Mediation

If you have an issue with a trade, you should contact Exeedme support as soon as possible. We will review the details, which may include checking trade logs, communications, and other evidence. Exeedme’s determination of the dispute will be made in good faith and with the aim of a fair outcome. Both buyers and sellers are expected to cooperate with dispute inquiries.

6. Refund of Wallet Balance

If you decide to stop using the Platform, you may withdraw any remaining real-money balance from your Virtual Wallet via the standard payout methods. If for some reason, you cannot withdraw via standard methods, contact support to discuss alternative arrangements. Any promotional credits or non-deposit bonuses in your wallet are not refundable or withdrawable.

7. Platform Account Closure:

In the event of account termination (whether initiated by you or by Exeedme), any remaining user-owned funds held with the PSP will be returned to you via a withdrawal, provided that: (a) you have complied with these Terms and the termination is not due to illegal conduct, and (b) such return is not prohibited by law or a regulatory authority. If your account is terminated due to fraud, money laundering, or other violation, Exeedme may be required to freeze or surrender your funds to authorities per legal directives.

10. Intellectual Property

1. Exeedme Content

All content and materials on the Platform, including but not limited to the Exeedme name, logos, branding, website design, text, graphics, software, and other intellectual property are the property of Exeedme or its licensors. They are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Exeedme grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform and its content for the purpose of participating in the marketplace in accordance with these Terms. You shall not copy, modify, distribute, perform, transmit, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any part of the Exeedme site/content without prior written consent from Exeedme.

2. Trademarks

"Exeedme" and "Skinsprotocol" and associated logos and slogans are trademarks or service marks of Exeedme. Any other product, company, or service names mentioned on the Platform are trademarks of their respective owners. Use of any such names or logos on the Platform is for identification purposes only and does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those third parties.

3. User Content

In general, the Platform is not intended for the uploading of user-generated content beyond information necessary for trades. However, to the extent you provide any content, you ensure that you have the right to do so and you grant Exeedme a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content for the operation of the service. You agree not to post any content that infringes others’ rights or is unlawful, offensive, or otherwise violates Section 6 above. Exeedme may remove any user-provided content that violates these Terms or the law.

4. Feedback

If you provide Exeedme with any suggestions, ideas, or feedback regarding the Platform, you acknowledge that Exeedme is free to use and implement such feedback without any compensation or attribution to you, and you waive any claim to intellectual property rights in that feedback.

5. No Data Mining

You agree not to data mine, scrape, crawl, or use any robot or other automated means to extract or gather data from the Platform, except as permitted by a publicly available API (if any) in accordance with its terms. Such activities are in violation of Exeedme’s intellectual property and the access rights granted to you.

11. Disclaimers of Warranties

1. Service “As is”

The Platform and all services provided by Exeedme are offered on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Exeedme makes no warranty that the Platform will meet your requirements or expectations, or that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. All warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law, including but not limited to implied warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of data, or quiet enjoyment.

2. No Guarantee of Item Value or Availability

Exeedme does not guarantee that any particular Skin will be available for sale or purchase on the Platform, or that buyers/sellers will find matches in any given time frame. We further do not guarantee the value or price of any Skin; The market is user-driven and volatile. Any values displayed are informational and subject to change. You acknowledge that virtual item markets can be speculative and that you may lose virtual or real value.

3. Third-Party Services

Exeedme disclaims any responsibility for services provided by third parties that are incorporated into or linked from the Platform. This includes the Steam network, PSP services, crypto on-ramp services, and any others. These services are not under Exeedme’s control, and they are provided without any warranty by Exeedme. Exeedme is not liable for any downtime, interruptions, errors, or breaches of security attributable to third-party platforms. For example, Exeedme cannot ensure that Steam’s trading system will always be operational or that a PSP will always successfully process payments – such aspects are outside our control.

4. User Devices and Connections

Exeedme makes no warranty that the Platform will be compatible with your device or that your internet connection will be sufficient. Any issues or limitations on your side are your responsibility.

5. Beta Services

If Exeedme offers any new features or beta services on a trial basis, those are provided “as is” with no warranties whatsoever, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue them at any time.

6. No Fiduciary Duty

Exeedme is not your broker, agent, or advisor. While we facilitate transactions, we do not act on your behalf in any fiduciary capacity. Any information provided on the Platform (such as market data or pricing information) is for general informational purposes and not intended as advice. You bear full responsibility for your own trading decisions.

12. Limitation of Liability

1. Cap on Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Exeedme, its affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees or agents be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Platform or any services, even if Exeedme has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

2. Direct Damages

Exeedme’s total aggregate liability to any User for all claims arising from or related to the services or these Terms shall not exceed the total fees (if any) actually paid by that User to Exeedme in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. If you have not paid any fees, then Exeedme’s liability is capped at a nominal amount of €100 (one hundred euros). This limitation applies to all causes of action in the aggregate, whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise.

3. Third-Party Causes

Exeedme is not liable for any damage or loss that results from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: any failure of the Steam platform, any failure of PSP or banking systems, acts of God, war, terrorism, cyber-attacks, power or internet outages, or actions of third parties. If a third-party service fails to deliver as expected, your remedy lies with that provider, not with Exeedme, though we will try to assist you in resolving the issue.

4. No Liability for Item Characteristics

Exeedme shall not be responsible for the quality, condition, or attributes of any Skin traded on the Platform. The Platform provides information (such as item wear, float values, or screenshots when available) for convenience, but Exeedme does not guarantee that this information is perfectly accurate or that the item will meet your expectations. The risk of item characteristics is on the buyer and seller.

5. Release

You agree to release and hold harmless Exeedme from any and all liability arising from the actions or omissions of other Users. Exeedme is not responsible for the behaviour of Users, and in the event that you have a dispute with another User, you release Exeedme (and its affiliates and agents) from all claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature arising out of or connected with such dispute. We do, however, encourage users to contact support for assistance in mediating disputes, as described earlier.

6. Applicability

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or limitations of liability, so some of the above disclaimers and limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, the liability of Exeedme will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct of Exeedme, or liability for fraud.

13. Indemnification

1. Indemnity by User

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Exeedme, its parent company, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Exeedme Parties”) from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that arise out of or are related to: (a) your use or misuse of the Platform or services; (b) your breach of any provision of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or regulation or the rights of any third party; or (d) any dispute between you and another user or a third party. You agree to cooperate with Exeedme in good faith in the defense of any such matter, and Exeedme reserves the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any claim subject to indemnification by you (at your expense). You will not settle any claim that affects Exeedme without our prior written approval.

14. Suspension and Termination

1. Exeedme’s Right to Suspend/Terminate

Exeedme may, in its sole discretion and without liability to you, suspend or terminate your account or your access to all or part of the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, for any valid reason, including (but not limited to) if: (a) you violate these Terms or any applicable policy; (b) we suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity by you; (c) you fail to cooperate with a compliance verification request; (d) your Steam account is no longer eligible or you have been trade-banned; or (e) we determine that your use of the service poses a security, legal, or business risk to us or others. Suspension may include disabling your ability to conduct trades or withdraw funds while the matter is investigated. Termination will result in permanent closure of your account. In certain cases (serious violations or illegal conduct), we may choose to skip suspension and immediately terminate.

2. User’s Right to Terminate

You may terminate your own account at any time if you no longer wish to use the services, by contacting Exeedme support with a request to close your account. Account closure is subject to settling any pending transactions or disputes first. Upon closure, you will forfeit any non-monetary benefits. You should withdraw any remaining wallet balance before requesting termination. If any balance remains, you must coordinate with support to withdraw it (subject to KYC as required).

3. Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account, whether by you or by us, your right to access the Platform and services will cease. Any listings you have posted may be taken down. Any confirmed trades that were in process will be handled appropriately. Sections of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law, etc.) will survive.

4. No Account Restoration

If your account is terminated by Exeedme due to a violation of these Terms or law, you may not create a new account or access the Platform without Exeedme’s explicit permission. Exeedme may also disable, delete, or reassign your username or profile as part of the termination. We further reserve the right to refuse re-registration or future service to you if you have violated these Terms.

5. Dormant Accounts

Exeedme may implement a policy for long-term dormant accounts. In accordance with applicable law, Exeedme may notify you at the contact email on file and, if no response, proceed to close such dormant accounts. Any remaining balances might be subject to escheatment under law or handled as per our internal policy. Our aim will always be to return funds to the rightful owner if possible.

15. Third-Party Websites and Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or resources or integrate features from third parties. These are provided for your convenience only. Exeedme does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, functionality, or practices of any third-party websites or services not owned by Exeedme.

2. No Control

You acknowledge that Exeedme has no control over external sites or services. If you follow a link to an external website, you do so at your own risk. Those sites may have their own terms and privacy policies. You should review those policies, as Exeedme is not responsible for them.

3. Steam Service

A significant third-party integration is Valve’s Steam service. While Steam authentication and trading are central to our Platform’s functionality, Steam is ultimately a separate service with its own terms. Exeedme is not liable for any limitations or issues originating from Steam (such as Valve’s imposition of trade holds, downtime, or account bans). If Steam discontinues or modifies its trading functionality or policies in a way that affects the Platform, Exeedme will not be responsible for the impact on your ability to trade or the value of your items.

4. Third-Party Disputes

Any disputes caused by or with third-party services are between you and that third party. Exeedme may try to assist you in resolving a third-party issue, but we cannot guarantee a resolution in your favour.

5. Affiliate Partners

If Exeedme runs promotions or referrals involving affiliate partners, any interaction you have with those partners is outside the scope of Exeedme’s control once you leave our Platform. We are not responsible for any promise or offer made by partner sites.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

1. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. This governing law applies no matter what country you reside in or access the services from, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

2. Jurisdiction

You agree that any dispute or claim arising between you and Exeedme that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Estonia. Specifically, unless another venue is required by mandatory consumer law, any legal proceedings against Exeedme shall be brought in the courts located in Estonia. You and Exeedme consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.

3. Injunctive Relief

Notwithstanding the above, nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in a competent court to prevent actual or threatened infringements of intellectual property rights, unauthorized access to the service, or other breaches of law that may cause irreparable harm.

4. Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted under applicable law, you and Exeedme agree that any proceedings to resolve or litigate any dispute will be conducted solely on an individual basis, and neither party will seek to have any dispute heard as a class action, representative action, collective action, or private attorney general action.

5. International Use

Exeedme makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any particular location. If you choose to access or use the services from outside Estonia, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable. We reserve the right to limit the availability of the Platform, in whole or in part, to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction, at any time and in our sole discretion (for example, we may block access from certain sanctioned countries or regions as required by law).

17. Miscellaneous

1. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions of the Terms will remain in full force and effect. The parties will, in good faith, modify any invalid provision to reflect the original intent as closely as possible in a manner that is valid and enforceable.

2. No Waiver

Exeedme’s failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Exeedme.

3. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with any documents expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Exeedme regarding the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral, regarding the subject matter herein.

4. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from Exeedme. Exeedme may freely assign or transfer these Terms (in whole or in part) as part of a corporate reorganization, acquisition, or for any other reason. These Terms will bind and inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors, and permitted assigns.

5. Headings

Section headings in these Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.

6. Language

These Terms and Conditions are written in the English language. If they are translated into another language, the English version will prevail in the event of any conflict between versions.

7. No Third-Party Beneficiaries

Except as explicitly provided herein, no third party shall have any rights to enforce any terms of this agreement.
